A few updates made to improve gameplay

We have added a few updates to continue to improve gameplay experience! They are:

• configuration menu
• menu available in game
• new control scheme with option to switch back to the original
• an option to change the weather effect to one of "none, GPU, shader, or both GPU AND shader"
• sound effects for the screen console buttons
• sound effects on every select option in the game

This means that players have two ways to move Iris through the colony. Standard WASD and arrow keys are "absolute orientation" in the menu, which was the original control scheme submitted in the entry. Now, under the "isometric orientation," holding W+D or up+right arrows will allow players to move at an angle.
